Florida Pre-Licensure

The University of Florida’s Division of Continuing Education offers 120-hour and 80-hour pre-licensing online courses in Health Care Risk Management.

These courses are designed to meet the State of Florida requirements for licensure as a Health Care Risk Manager in Florida pursuant to Florida Administrative Rule 59A-10 and Florida Statute 395.0197. Upon completion, students must apply to the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration to seek licensure.

Entirely self-paced, this continuing education course has an open enrollment period so that participants can start at any time.
